Job Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including thorough histories and physicals, and develop clear care plans.
Utilize familiarity with functional or integrative medicine to diagnose and evaluate root causes effectively.
Design care plans that heavily integrate lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, medications, peptides, supplements, and technologies to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate and counsel patients, communicating care plans clearly and efficiently, guiding them through each step. Previous experience in a functional or integrative clinic preferred.
Stay updated on the latest health science and technology through Continuing Medical Education (CME).
Leadership and Collaboration :
Lead clinical activities in the office, collaborating with a highly trained and enthusiastic staff.
Implement high-yield protocols for complex topics such as detoxification and longevity.
Documentation :
Maintain accurate patient records in a practice-friendly Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system (Elation), including interactions, treatments, medications, and responses.
Utilize an AI medical scribe for documentation, allowing focus on patient care rather than charting.
Follow-up Care :
Provide consistent follow-up to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
