Position Title : Ski & Ride School Instructor, Full Time - Winter 25 / 26

Employment Type : Seasonal, Part Time, Hourly

Business Unit : Ski and Ride School

Position Reports to : Kids Learning Center Supervisor Team, Private & Group Lessons Supervisor Team, Staff Trainers

Location : Crystal Mountain , Washington

Wage Range : 20.00 - 40.00 DOE and Certification, $20.00 / hr Other Work

Approximate Start & End Date : November 10th, 2025 - April 19th, 2026

JOB SUMMARY

Join the Crystal Mountain, Washington team as a Ski & Ride School Instructor and share your passion for skiing and snowboarding with guests from around the world! In this fun and rewarding role, you'll teach skiing or snowboarding to all ages and ability levels while enjoying the stunning views and vibrant community of one of the Pacific Northwest's premier resorts. Our instructors create memorable experiences by building skills, inspiring confidence, and fostering a love for the mountains in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you're an experienced pro or looking to grow your teaching skills, this is your chance to work outdoors, meet amazing people, and be part of an energetic team that lives for adventure.
