Have experience with Shopify. Have experience with TikTok Ads. Have worked as a Designer before. Speak German. You need constant instruction or cant self-prioritize Youre uncomfortable with high-expectation environments You dont thrive when trusted with full account responsibility. My name is Andrej, and Im the founder of HoloGrowth, an eCommerce Growth Agency that scales brands to 7 & 8 figures in revenue.
Because of recent growth in the agency, we are now looking for another world-class media buyer to join our lean and young team.

Tasks
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Creating, implementing and optimizing advertising strategies on Meta
- Analyzing and reporting, directly communicating with clients
- Writing high-converting, persuasive ad copy
- Coming up with new and innovative campaign plans and strategies
- Working on Creative Strategies together with our designers & clients
