Lead Qualification Virtual Assistant (Lead Qualification & Agent Outreach)

Independent Contractor Business Support VA / Entry-Advanced Level (Remote).

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a motivated and organized Lead Qualification Virtual Assistant to help manage lead databases, qualify prospects, and set appointments with potential clients and agents. The ideal candidate will learn to utilize Follow Up Boss, call warm leads and agents from the brokerage's databases, and assist in converting these conversations into discovery or recruitment calls. This role could also evolve to include assisting with email / calendar organization, as well as other administrative tasks.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks :

  • Input and organize new leads into Follow Up Boss from multiple lead sources.
  • Review and update existing contacts to ensure accuracy and categorization.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and agents directly through Follow Up Boss.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, location, and readiness to buy, sell, or join the brokerage.
  • Track all call results, notes, and next steps within the CRM.
  • Handle outbound calls, including some cold leads.
  • Schedule discovery calls with interested buyers, sellers, or potential agents.
  • Follow up with warm leads to maintain communication and move them through the pipeline.
  • Support agent recruitment efforts by contacting agents and introducing brokerage opportunities.
  • Use client-provided scripts (with room for refinement) to guide outreach conversations.
  • Provide meaningful, high-quality engagement rather than high call volume.
  • Help streamline and manage multiple email accounts (Google, iPhone, and other systems).
  • Organize messages, flag important emails, and assist in responding when necessary.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure calendar synchronization across platforms.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client's requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or customer service support.
  • Familiarity with Follow Up Boss (preferred) or other CRMs such as LionDesk, HubSpot, or KVCore.
  • Willingness to learn RealScout and other real estate tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication (Level AB accent).
  • Strong phone skills and comfort making warm calls to clients and agents.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and general email management.
  • Social media experience is a plus (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • The ideal candidate should have experience using JobTread or other CRMs, be proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, communicate effectively through Gmail, WhatsApp, and Slack, manage schedules via Google Calendar or Outlook, and handle documentation and reporting efficiently.
  • Contracted Hours per Week : 10 Hours

    Scheduled Working Days : Monday through Friday

    Daily Working Time : 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Flexible)

    Note : The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA's schedule with the Client's preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

    Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work. This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client. All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement.
