as a Senior Licensed Vocational Nurse Supervisor with our Venice Family Clinic's Rose Health and Wellness Center.

The Sr. LVN Supervisor will be responsible for :

• Providing guidance and support to the medical assistant staff.
• Performing a variety of patient care activities, such as administering injections and medications, monitoring patients' blood pressure, changing bandages, inserting catheters, and assisting with bathing or dressing.
• Helping with any problem solving needs that arise for clinic operations.
• Performing supervisory duties such as time sheet corrections / approvals, scheduling and approving time off, performance evaluations, and interviewing / training staff.
• This role will also perform other duties within scope of practice as assigned.

Salary Range : $37.60 - $78.35 Hourly

Qualifications

Required :

2 years of supervisory experience and effective oral and written bilingual English / Spanish communication skills is preferred.
