Physcial Therapist
What You'll Be Doing :
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing professional physical therapy services to patients in compliance with all applicable requirements and policies.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide patients with ethical, cost-effective management, delivery, documentation, and outcomes of professional physical therapy services.
- Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
- Deliver care in compliance with all applicable licensure / certification requirements, professional physical therapy acts, and federal, state, and agency policies and procedures.
Education and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners OR a Graduate PT eligible for Oklahoma licensure OR Physical Therapy student in the final semester of graduate school (Must obtain licensure before assuming patient care).
- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

- Days : 07 : 30 AM - 06 : 00 PM (4 x 10hr shifts)
