En Atrato somos una startup fintech enfocada en brindar herramientas financieras para comercios y consumidores finales con las cuales podamos hacer ms accesibles productos y servicios para las personas de Latinoamrica.

Hoy tenemos 2 productos principales :

Atrato Pago es un financiamiento que le permite a nuestros comercios afiliados ofrecer sus productos y servicios en pagos mensuales o quincenales por hasta 24 meses y con montos que llegan hasta los 200,000 MXN.

Atrato Cash es un crdito personal que nuestros clientes pueden acceder una vez que hayan pagado una parte de su primer prstamo. La manera en la que funciona es muy sencilla, al ser un cliente Atrato, con tan solo algunos clicks puedes recibir un prstamo de hasta 200,000 MXN en tu cuenta de banco

Atrato fue fundada en 2019 y desde entonces no hemos parado de crecer de una manera acelerada. Al da de hoy hemos ayudado a miles de clientes a financiar sus compras, las cuales estn en distintas verticales como lo son muebles, electrnicos, servicios mdicos, entre otras. Este mismo crecimiento nos ha permitido ser reconocidos como una de las 30 promesas de negocios en 2022 de Forbes y tambin nos ha puesto en la mira de inversionistas internacionales reconocidos como lo son Y Combinator , Accel y Architect Capital .

Sobre la posicin

Buscamos a un(a) Business Development Representative (BDR) con mentalidad de crecimiento, pasin por abrir nuevas oportunidades y habilidades para construir relaciones de largo plazo con comercios aliados.

Sers la primera cara de Atrato frente a potenciales socios y tendrs la misin de identificar, contactar, calificar y cerrar comercios que puedan beneficiarse de nuestras soluciones de financiamiento.

Tu trabajo tendr un impacto directo en el crecimiento y expansin de la compaa.

Lo que estamos buscando

Experiencia comercial comprobada (+3 aos) en prospeccin, desarrollo de negocios o ventas B2B. Idealmente en empresas fintech, SaaS, retail o financieras.

Capacidad para abrir y cerrar oportunidades : buscamos a alguien que pueda gestionar el ciclo comercial completo, desde la identificacin hasta la afiliacin del comercio.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin (oral y escrita) : debers generar inters, construir confianza y convertir conversaciones en oportunidades reales.

Alta motivacin y resiliencia : la prospeccin puede ser exigente; buscamos alguien que se mantenga enfocado y con energa positiva frente a los retos.

Organizacin y seguimiento : manejars mltiples cuentas en diferentes etapas, por lo que debers tener una gestin impecable de pipeline.

Mentalidad analtica : capacidad para evaluar resultados, medir conversin y proponer mejoras.

Conocimiento del mercado o de la industria de financiamiento, retail o consumo (plus).

Manejo de CRM y herramientas de sales engagement (indispensable).

Lo que hars tpicamente

Prospectar y desarrollar nuevos comercios : identificars y contactars negocios con potencial para integrarse a la red Atrato.

Calificar y cerrar oportunidades : evaluars la viabilidad de cada comercio y los acompaars hasta su firma y activacin.

Generar y mantener relaciones estratgicas : sers el punto de contacto inicial para fortalecer la confianza con nuestros aliados comerciales.

Coordinar demostraciones y procesos de onboarding : conectars a los comercios con el equipo adecuado para asegurar un arranque exitoso.

Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas y marketing : compartirs insights del mercado y apoyars en la construccin de campaas de adquisicin.

Reportar mtricas clave de desempeo : volumen de leads, conversiones, comercios cerrados y tiempo de ciclo.

Usar herramientas de CRM y automatizacin : mantener actualizado tu pipeline y asegurar la trazabilidad de cada oportunidad.
