The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, initiating engagement, and nurturing leads through all stages of the sales funnel—from initial contact to close. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s customer base. In addition to developing new business opportunities, the BDR will also support growth within existing key accounts through strategic program management, targeted offers, regular business reviews, and consistent, value-driven communication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and develop new customer relationships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage and grow relationships with large national distribution partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales targets.
- Conduct annual, quarterly, and ad hoc business reviews with key customers to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer functions to promote brand visibility and build strategic connections.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute programs, promotions, and initiatives that enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account data within CRM systems to support forecasting and performance tracking.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communication, ensuring responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through throughout the sales process.

Requirements :
5+ years of experience in outside sales, and business development within the performance automotive industry.Experience in B2B sales or SaaS environments.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.What You’ll Get :
