Job descriptionManage data transfers between systems Perform data updates and manipulation Identify and resolve data workflow inefficiencies Ensure controls are followed Maintain strict data flow schedules Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions Monitor and resolve incidents for internal users Escalate incidents as needed Support third-party applications and hardware, including after-hours support Manage internal user access and internal processes Maintain and develop documentation High School Diploma or equivalent 4+ years in systems administration and reporting Knowledge of Bank Operations and deposit accounts preferred Experience with enterprise software and automation preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Intermediate software / system design understanding Intermediate scripting skills (PowerShell, VBA, Python) Basic project management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Teaching and training abilities Seniority Level : Mid-Senior level Employment Type : Full-time Job Function : Information Technology Industry : Banking
