Overview
The Brand Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and consistency across the Clayton Enterprise. This role is responsible for developing written content, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring alignment across all touchpoints. The Brand Marketing Specialist contributes to Claytons brand goals, marketing effectiveness, and brand equity growth.
Responsibilities
Self-starter with ability to understand business goals and implement strategy and planning accordingly
Strong relationship-building skills for internal stakeholders and external contacts
Ability to research and understand consumer and market trends and develop strategies accordingly
Stay current on marketing trends and updates
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
Support development of roadmap for marketing initiatives
Confidence in public speaking
Strategic communications planning and program execution experience
Creative and strategy-driven thought process
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, managing all work with thoroughness, accuracy, and efficiency
Personable, team player committed to companys vision
Willing to learn, hard-working, determined, and assertive
Problem solving, troubleshooting and ability analyze data to determine the appropriate action
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Qualifications
Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or Communications required.
Years of Related Experience : Minimum of 2 years of related experience required.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation : $56,000.00 - $70,000.00
