LakeSide Trading is looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our Seneca Falls store. What You’ll Do
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations and team leadershipTrain, mentor, and motivate team members across all shiftsOversee scheduling, inventory, and vendor coordinationEnsure safety, compliance, and top-tier customer serviceStep in as acting Store Manager when neededWhat You’ll Bring
At least 5 years of experience managing a team in retail, hospitality, or a similar environmentProven ability to lead, coach, and develop employeesStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsReliability, professionalism, and a positive attitudeAbility to lift 50 lbs. and work flexible shifts (including weekends / holidays)Valid driver’s license and clean backgroundWhat You’ll Get
