Financial Due Diligence

At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise, and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow. The Opportunity

As part of the CCM team you are expected to advise clients at every stage of a transaction, identifying and articulating key issues related to pricing and deal closing mechanics. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and articulate key issues related to pricing and deal closing mechanics.
  • Analyze intricate problems and develop solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.

  • What You Must Have

    Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree

    Minimum Years of Experience : 3 year(s)

  • The salary range for this position is : $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
