As a Facilities SIPP Coordinator at Micron, you will have a vital role in overseeing Facilities maintenance and construction to minimize disruptions to production. This is an exceptional chance to be part of a dynamic setting where your work directly impacts critical operations.
You will encourage meetings with FAB Production managers and the Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, and Construction teams. By nurturing outstanding working relationships with coworkers and tool owners, you will ensure effective communication and collaboration on all SIPP activities. Balancing production schedules with maintenance and construction deadlines is crucial, and your ability to navigate both will determine your success.
This role also includes a Help Desk component, where you will assist customers with SAP, SIPP inquiries, and access to Facilities work groups. Autonomy in decision-making and leadership skills are vital for this position.
