As a Overnight Line Cook at The Twenty Two and Cafe Zaffri, you will play a pivotal role in preparing dishes to the
exacting standards set by Chef Mary Attea. You will uphold our commitment to quality,
timeliness, and cleanliness, adhering to all Department of Health guidelines to ensure a
safe and organized kitchen environment.
- Responsibilities & Duties :
- Prepare dishes following specified recipes, including weighing, mixing, and cooking
methods.
Ensure all ingredients and final products are fresh and of the highest quality.Plate, garnish, and arrange dishes according to Chef’s specifications.Maintain a clean and safe work area, including utensils, equipment, and dishes.Adhere to DOH food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory, prep needs, andstation status.
Report any food waste or breakage to the closing Sous Chef for proper recording.Manage your station efficiently and escalate any issues promptly to the managementteam.
Qualifications & Skills :1+ years experience in fine dining restaurantAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver an exceptional dining
experience.
Strong comprehension and organization skills to accurately execute recipes.Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a level-headed approach tochallenges.
