The Sales Manager is responsible for all Sales Department operations including hiring, training, and daily management of the team, annual budget planning, sales meetings, and working closely with other departments to ensure job margins, timely job submission, construction completion, and collections. Sales manager is responsible for all sales results and spends most of their time driving those sales results with their team in the field.

Requirements for this position :

• Minimum 5 years of roofing sales experience in the property claims space (insurance claims)- Preferred
• Minimum 5 years of leadership / management experience, strong leadership is a must. Must be able to articulate your personal approach / philosophy for leadership
• Consistent history & track record of success in our industry - and references who can verify.
• Experience & comfortability with using mobile apps and computer technology (specific program training will be provided)
• Reliable vehicle
• Ability to perform various physical tasks including : Climbing ladders & working at roof heights Lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.

Hours vary depending on job volume / time of year

Compensation : $100,000 base salary with a commission / draw structure ($160,000 estimated earnings for first year earnings), no commission cap
