Proposal Content Specialist

A company is looking for a Proposal Content Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the Responsive content library, ensuring quality and relevancy

Write and edit client-focused content that aligns with brand messaging and value propositions

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify content gaps and develop new assets for strategic pursuits

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in proposal or client-facing content management, preferably in a BPO environment

Hands-on experience with the Responsive Proposal Management Platform or similar tools

Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work U.S.-aligned hours or demonstrate strong asynchronous collaboration skills
