Role Description
Are you a detail-oriented lab professional passionate about clinical diagnostics? Sensiva Health is growing our in-house laboratory capabilities. We're seeking skilled
Medical Laboratory Supervisors and Technicians
to perform and oversee high-quality testing in our state-of-the-art facility in the following areas : Molecular Infectious Disease, NGS, Chemistry, Hematology, and Toxicology.
This full-time role is based in Saint Rose, Louisiana (near New Orleans Airport), offering relocation support for the right candidate to join our collaborative team.
Qualifications
MLS or MLP Certification
Certification from ASCP (Louisiana License can be obtained in 3-5 days)
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field.
Clinical laboratory experience in at least one specialty area (molecular, NGS, chemistry, hematology, toxicology).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in laboratory informatics and data analysis.
Location & Work Style
Full-time position based in Saint Rose, Louisiana (conveniently near New Orleans Airport).
