The Role

The Systems Analyst role is responsible for supporting platform health, modernization, and growth initiatives across applications and systems that enable insurance and advisory solutions. This position plays a key part in driving product launches, advisor tools, and integrations that enhance operational efficiency and digital capabilities. The role requires a balance of strategic problem-solving and hands-on technical analysis to deliver scalable, modern technology solutions.

This position requires at least seven years of experience in systems analysis for software solutions, with proficiency in SQL, APIs (REST / SOAP / JSON), Agile development, and release coordination. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to create detailed solution requirements, data mappings, and business flow diagrams. The role also involves collaboration with architects, analysts, and technical leads to ensure clear articulation of complex system interactions and effective incident analysis using tools such as Splunk and Jira.
