This role is onsite 5 days a week in Clifton, NJ

About the Role

As a Field Process Engineer II at Weee, you will drive strategic initiatives to optimize operational processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver world-class customer experiences. Building on foundational expertise, this role demands advanced analytical capabilities, independent project ownership, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions in a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-complexity cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and process improvement.
• Partner with Central PE to identify and track operational metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and PE teams to implement solutions that improve workflow efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify and address more complex root causes in current processes, create corrective action plans to achieve operational goals and ensure alignment with operational standards.
• Help implement solutions and provide training to address operational challenges.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for system and process improvement.
• Collaborate with the Central PE team to develop and maintain the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support Central PE team on system updates and Warehouse Management System new feature launches
• Proactively mitigate safety risks within the production process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct Gamba Walk and SOP audit, drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste / cost, increase efficiency and improve quality
• Act as a mentor to provide guidance, training, and technical support to junior PEs
• Support warehouse daily operations as needed including 5S maintenance, equipment forecasting and management
• Business Travel (up to 30%)
