Two-Year-Old Teacher at Bright Life Playschool!
At Bright Life, we believe young children are competent, capable and caring human beings , and we’re looking for a teacher who shares this belief to join our team!
We are an eco-healthy, play-based preschool and early childhood learning program for children ages 3 months to 4+ years. We are guided by the Reggio Emilia philosophy which sees children as curious, resourceful learners who thrive when their voices are valued. In practice, this means our teachers act as co-learners and guides, creating environments that inspire exploration, creativity, and connection. With small class sizes and low teacher to child ratios, we focus on what matters most : strong relationships and joyful, meaningful learning.

Minimum of 6 ECE / CD core units (must be working toward 12)Health screening with TB test & required immunizations (upon hire)Live Scan fingerprint clearance / background check (upon hire)Ability to lift 30 lbs multiple times a dayInfant / Toddler units completed or in progress (for Infant / Toddler teachers)Previous childcare / teaching experience preferred
