HELITECH is a family-owned and oriented company that has specialized in foundation services since 1987. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Technician to maximize opportunities with existing customers and ensure Helitech's best practices on all projects.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Assess and diagnose foundation and waterproofing issues
• Diagnose warranty issues and make minor repairs as needed
• Provide clear solutions and recommendations to homeowners
• Manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
• Drive sales through trust, confidence, and customer satisfaction
• Consistently meet and exceed personal and team goals
• Daliy wrap ups and details uploaded into the system to record customer visits.

Requirements :

Valid Driver's License

Pass Background Check

Minimum of 2 years in home services / constructions / sales related field

Physical ability to work in crawlspaces, basements and outdoors in all weather conditions

Schedule :

Full Time

Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays at needed)

10 hour shift

8 hour shift

Overtime available
