We are seeking 2 Customer Service Representatives to join our team!
Responsibilities :
Verify patient insurance coverage, explain benefits and accumulations and resolve billing issues.
Provide accurate information on medical procedures, office policies, service availability, and medication inquiries.
Resolve customer concerns and inquiries and escalate complex issues or claim disputes to appropriate internal departments or specialized teams.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all privacy regulations
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Explain coverage limitations or authorizations
Explain and Analyze claim processing results
Qualifications :
Previous experience in customer service, and / or healthcare
Ability to build rapport with members
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
