We are seeking 2 Customer Service Representatives to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Verify patient insurance coverage, explain benefits and accumulations and resolve billing issues.
- Provide accurate information on medical procedures, office policies, service availability, and medication inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns and inquiries and escalate complex issues or claim disputes to appropriate internal departments or specialized teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all privacy regulations
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Explain coverage limitations or authorizations
- Explain and Analyze claim processing results
