Responsibilities
- Conduct revenue performance diagnostics to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
- Design data-driven profitability solutions leveraging BI tools and RMS methodologies to maximize RevPAR and GOP across all revenue streams, improve cost-control efficiency.
- Audit the hotel's adoption of Hyatt systems, tools and procedures (e.g., business intelligence, revenue management, inventory management, dynamic pricing) to ensure operational excellence and market leadership.
- Perform competitive benchmarking through rate shopping and market demand analysis to formulate pricing / mix strategies to Sales and Marketing.
- Generate demand forecasts using historical / booking data to guide inventory allocation and overbooking decisions.
- Optimize transient / group inventory distribution through strategic stay controls and displacement analysis, and ensure optimal strategies to minimize inefficiencies and maximize revenue.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' revenue management experience in hospitality.Business-level English proficiency in report writing and presentations.Competitor intelligence analysis capability with strong Excel modeling skills.Opera PMS and RMS operational expertise with revenue optimization certification preferred.J-18808-Ljbffr
