Accounts Payable Specialist

What You'll Be Doing :
- Collating invoices from daily mail
- Ensuring bills are properly allocated to corresponding jobs or projects
- Verifying the accuracy of bills against purchase orders
- Entering invoices for payment
- Communicating with senior accounting and finance teams regarding outstanding account balances and making payment recommendations
- Executing daily / weekly check runs
What You'll Need To Do It :
Must have a strong affinity for numbers and detail-oriented work1-2 years of experience in a professional accounting role with payables responsibilityAbove-average proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelCollege degree preferred but not requiredWhile technical skills are essential, we value certain characteristics across all departments :
