Duration : 6-month Contract-to-Hire

Compensation Range : $35-$41 per hour W2 (We can not work Corp to Corp)

Job Description :

Support the ongoing implementation and administration of Oracle ERP systems, ensuring operational performance, user access, and compliance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Configure and manage Oracle Cloud Applications and ERP system settings

Set up and maintain user access, security rules, and SSO

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Infrastructure)

Perform backups and ensure system / data integrity

Troubleshoot Oracle issues with vendors and internal teams

Maintain system documentation and compliance records

Monitor performance metrics and develop KPI dashboards

Support automated processes and workflows

Train users on Oracle functionality and updates

Requirements : Must-Haves :

Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

System performance monitoring experience

Basic networking and security knowledge

Experience with SharePoint or MS365

Collaborative mindset; team-oriented

Strong organization and documentation skills

Nice-to-Haves :

SQL Server experience

HIPAA compliance background

Healthcare or nonprofit environment exposure

Experience with automated file transfers (e.g., SFTP)

Troubleshooting and data integrity assurance skills
