Corporate Actions-Asset Servicing - Senior Analyst
DTCC is seeking a Corporate Actions-Asset Servicing - Senior Analyst to support enterprise operations across asset servicing for DTC, NSCC, FICC, WMS, and I&RS. This role focuses on processing, client service, risk management, and continuous improvement within the Corporate Actions Processing areas responsible for asset servicing events and client inquiries.
Overview
The Enterprise Business Operations (EBO) organization provides operations and asset services that support multiple DTCC businesses. EBO's mission is to deliver superior operations processing and client services while minimizing risk and cost and improving efficiency.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Complete operational processes by following documented procedures and job aides; propose improvements to processes and efficiency. Process specialized workflows, resolve exceptions, and assist with complex inquiries.
- Own workload, ensure deliverables meet procedures, metrics, and benchmarks within critical timeframes; manage competing priorities.
- Build knowledge of department controls; integrate risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk.
- Maintain a strong focus on client service, responding to inquiries timely and accurately, and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to facilitate issue resolution, operational improvements, and risk reduction.
- Demonstrate effective communication, participate in meetings, and apply feedback to the role; assist in training junior team members as directed by management.
- Participate in projects and initiatives; contribute to risk and control awareness in daily activities.
