The Senior Manager, Product Development will lead and contribute to all aspects of the development and release of lithium-ion battery cell technology.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the group for optimization and validation activities on a mechanical design and selected materials.
- Plan and manage all aspects of the development of a new electrochemical storage product from prototype to release, consistent with performance, safety, reliability, cost, manufacturability, and quality requirements.
Qualifications :
- 4-5 years’ experience in Li-ion product design
- Deep knowledge of the fundamentals of cell design and performance, product development, large and small volume manufacturing process, and FMEA of Lithium ion-based cells
