Global Payroll Project Manager

The Global Payroll Project Manager will be part of the Genus Payroll System Transformation. Your responsibility to the success of this project goes beyond day-to-day tasks. This implementation involves relationship building, working knowledge of payroll systems (preferably a knowledge of iiPay), and accomplishing milestones based on a set program timeline. This role requires partnership with payroll SMEs, business / finance partners, and vendor partners to accomplish your tasks. In addition, you will use creative and critical thinking skills to ensure your portion of the project is well designed and avoids negative impact to employee payroll because the software is changing. Paramount to this position are strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex global payroll systems efficiently. This role plays a critical part in maintaining employee satisfaction and financial accuracy on a global scale.

You Will

• Be accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline
• Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
• Make decision guided by policies, procedures and business plan in consultation with senior leadership
• Provide technical guidance to vendors, contractors, and colleagues
• Be required to have in-depth understanding of concepts, theories and principles in own discipline and knowledge of other disciplines
• Manage a team of professionals (direct and indirect) and adapts plans and priorities to meet service and / or operational challenges
• Impact the level of service and the team's ability to meet quality and timeliness objectives
