Compensation : $250–$350k base salary + equivalent annual equity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer — either frontend-leaning with backend flexibility or full-stack — who thrives in highly technical, creative environments and wants to work on the core product surfaces that generate the company’s revenue.

About You

You’re a builder at heart — someone who’s spent the past few years helping a product scale from seed or Series A to tens (or hundreds) of thousands of users. You’ve written code across the stack, shipped features that people love, and care deeply about both product feel and engineering rigor.

You’re the kind of engineer who obsesses over details — how a transition animates, how a query loads, how users flow through a checkout. You care about quality and velocity in equal measure. And now, you’re ready for something more exciting : a zero-to-one opportunity with massive surface area, autonomy, and user impact.

What You’ll Do

Build and ship core web features that power the seller experience — the heart of the business

Work across the stack (Next.js, GraphQL, Rails, PlanetScale, Vercel) to deliver high-quality, high-performance user interfaces

Collaborate directly with product and design teams to shape new functionality from concept to production

Write clean, scalable, well-structured code and contribute to internal best practices

Prototype quickly, test thoroughly, and iterate based on user feedback and product data

Contribute to architecture and system design, ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability

Help define the future of the engineering organization — processes, tools, and culture

What We’re Looking For

5–10+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in mid-to-late stage tech or high-growth startup environments

Deep fluency in modern web technologies (React / Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL)

Backend familiarity with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL / PlanetScale, or equivalent frameworks

Experience building complex, real-time web clients (e.g. chat, social, or marketplace systems)

Proven ability to work autonomously, own major product areas, and deliver end-to-end features

Strong sense of product ownership — you think about UX, business impact, and technical tradeoffs simultaneously

High standards for design, performance, and maintainable systems

Excitement for working in a fast-moving, design-forward, in-office engineering culture

Nice to Have

Experience at a creator platform, marketplace, or consumer tech company

Strong intuition for UI / UX and micro-interactions

Familiarity with Next.js / Vercel deployment environments

Passion for the creator economy or helping people build businesses online
