About the Role :

The Director of Information Systems (PHO) in the Accommodation and Food Services industry is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire information technology infrastructure and systems within the organization. This role ensures that all IT operations align with the company’s business goals, enhancing operational efficiency and guest experience through innovative technology solutions. The Director will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust information systems that support daily operations, data security, and compliance requirements. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs, manage IT budgets, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in leveraging technology to maintain competitive advantage and support sustainable growth in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in IT management, preferably within the hospitality or accommodation and food services industry.
• Proven experience leading IT teams and managing complex information systems projects.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, database management, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies that support business objectives.
