Mosaic ATM is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team. This position is contingent up contract award.

Responsibilities

Mosaic ATM is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support our federal government programs. This role is responsible for reviewing and executing contracts, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and managing subcontract agreements. The Contracts Manager will collaborate with technical and program teams to safeguard Mosaic’s contractual interests and drive successful program performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate federal prime contracts, modifications, and task orders.
• Ensure compliance with FAR , FAA AMS , and agency-specific requirements.
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and reporting obligations.
• Manage subcontract agreements, including flow-down requirements, data rights, and debarment assessments.
• Advise program teams on contractual obligations, risks, and compliance issues.
