A company is looking for a Director of Finance, Corporate Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and oversee financial and cross-functional projects to align with organizational goals
Assist in preparing operational and financial models for evaluating investment opportunities
Partner with business leaders to evaluate and execute growth opportunities, including strategic investments and acquisitions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Prior experience in a services-oriented business owned by a private equity firm
5+ years of progressive finance experience in corporate finance or corporate development
Ability to create and nurture relationships across various functions and departments
SAP experience preferred, but not required
Strong financial modeling skills to support ad-hoc requests
