Job descriptionCall patients and process orders for pap equipment or pap supplies via telephone Verify and obtain necessary insurance information to process the third-party billing Request updated prescriptions and / or DWO from patient’s physician Inform patient of copay and / or deductible and collect amount due Key orders and authorizations Verify that supplies are not overutilization Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills Interpersonal and Problem-solving skills Excellent Customer Service Problem-solving skills Ability to use a computer equivalent to the position Required to Pass a Background Check High School Diploma / GED
