Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure support sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Infrastructure and Cloud Services Support team, supporting incident management and modernization projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive work ethic, independent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

18 Month Contract

Remote but must reside in Seattle, WA

$50 / hour

What's the Job?

Collaborate with clients on both technical and business matters from project start to completion.

Manage project timelines and prepare comprehensive status updates.

Develop and review functional specifications to guide product or service implementation decisions.

Provide technical and analytical insights to product leadership for strategic decision-making.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What's Needed?

Strong technical understanding combined with excellent communication skills.

Experience in incident management, cloud infrastructure, and project coordination.

Proactive problem-solving and independent work capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with Azure infrastructure projects and contractual commitments.
