Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Cardiovascular Consultants Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in Tyler, TX. You may be eligible for a sign on bonus up to $1,000.

    Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and certain clinical duties under the direction of a physician.
  • Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing, and coding information for insurance purposes.
  • Clinical duties may include rooming patients, taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, drawing blood, and administering medications as directed by physician.

    • Qualifications

    Job Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current licensure as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant

    • Preferred Job Requirements :

  • 6 months medical clinic experience
  • BLS certification within 30 days of hire
