Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all construction-related administrative duties.
• Manage and maintain project documentation using Procore, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule, organize, and keep minutes for construction meetings.
• Produce and distribute construction progress reports.
• Manage schedules for management personnel, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks.
• Process AIA G702 and G703 pay applications, aligning with project timelines and requirements.
• Maintain construction budgets in coordination with Finance and Accounting departments.
• Familiarity with construction drawings to assist with document control and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate vendor management and coordination, including procurement, contract management, and invoice processing.
• Coordinate and schedule in-house events and meetings, managing all logistical details.
