We are looking for a tax professional to help our clients prepare and file their taxes. You’ll provide guidance on how businesses can minimize their tax liability now and how they can optimize their tax payment for the long term. $30 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Honor client privacy by keeping confidential documents safe and organized
• Analyze each client’s financial records, including their income statements and previous tax returns to calculate the amount of taxable income each client possesses
• Help the client plan for future tax payments and tell them what actions they can take to pay less later on
• Check each tax form for accuracy and tax compliance
• Schedule consultations to go over tax strategy with clients and provide a price estimate
• Manage QuickBooks Online & Desktop accounts for assigned clients
• Perform full-charge bookkeeping : reconciliations, payroll processing, financial statement prep
• Complete prior-year and delinquent tax return preparation projects
• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-Corps, and small businesses
