The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the kitchen of the restaurant, including but not limited to, directing the activities of hourly employees, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation. The Kitchen Manager provides our customers with the highest possible level of customer service & food service. Responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager include, but are not limited to, food preparation and assembly, food handling safety, accurate cash handling, daily cleaning and maintenance of line equipment, stocking, pricing, and consistently providing a welcoming, clean and organized environment. Kitchen Manger applicants must be dependable, self-motivated, people-oriented, and possess the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 65 pounds. Applicants must also be willing & able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining total focus on customer service and food service safety.
