Crew Member

Position OverviewAs a Crew Member, you will be responsible for a variety of operational tasks within the restaurant. Serving as the first and sometimes last point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering the fast, friendly, and fun Slutty Vegan experience.Key Responsibilities     Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.     Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, and restrooms.     Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent customer service.     Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.     Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.     Unpack and stock inventory items as needed.     Be willing to learn and work multiple stations within the restaurant.     Control and utilize equipment and machines safely and correctly.Qualifications     High school diploma or equivalent.     Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.     Excellent communication and customer service skills.      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.     Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.     Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.     Basic math skills and the ability to operate POS systems.     ServSafe Certification is a plus but not required.Core Values     Integrity : Uphold the highest standards in all actions.     Service : Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.     Excellence : Strive for the best in quality and performance.     Courage to be Bold & Grow : Embrace challenges and continuous improvement.
