Facilities Supervisor

As a Facilities Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the maintenance, and strategic development of our newly built manufacturing facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring this greenfield facility runs efficiently, safely, and in alignment with our environmental goals.

You will lead internal teams and coordinate with external service providersincluding security, janitorial, and waste managementto maintain a clean, secure, and high-performing environment. As the facility's sustainability champion, you will drive initiatives that reduce energy consumption, minimize waste, and promote green practices across all operations.

Your responsibilities :

• Supervise facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and fire protection
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for security, waste management, janitorial, and other outsourced services
• Support in sustainability efforts, including energy efficiency programs, recycling initiatives, and environmental compliance
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Support commissioning, ramp-up, and continuous improvement of facility operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Monitor facility budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including EHS, production, and engineering
