Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop professional teams of AI Agility coaches

Serve as the senior coach for AI-augmented agility, guiding teams in integrating AI tools into agile practices

Oversee the planning and execution of complex technical and AI agility programs

Required Qualifications

Deep expertise in agile practices and frameworks at scale

Proven leadership experience managing professional teams in complex organizations

Experience coaching leaders and teams in AI-enabled agility

Previous commercial exposure to AI concepts or AI-driven product development preferred

Familiarity with data visualization tools and source control systems
