Job descriptionAbility to hire, train, develop and manage a team of Project Managers by providing intentional and proactive leadership Oversee the management of successful construction projects Prepare and analyze bids Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for clients Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects Travel to job site 1-2 days a week Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering Experience on mid to large size projects 5+ years of experience preferred Ability to hire, train, and develop a team of Project Managers Preconstruction experience Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC Interpersonal communication Ability to adapt to ensure project success Valid drivers license REQUIRED Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects Fully integrated developer - development and construction Competitive bonus structure (bonus for performance, per project, and company performance) Little cost for healthcare / dental / vision for employee Work from home 2 days a week Diversity and inclusion initiatives Diverse project portfolio all in Chicago Autonomy within your role Bonus opportunity for performance, per project, and company revenue Car allowance and gas compensation included Excellent career growth opportunities - add value immediately!
