Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and provide critical support to operational functions. This role will initially focus on sales and media fulfillment, with the opportunity to expand responsibilities across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for uncovering data-driven insights. They will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, they will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to monitor performance and identify trends. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales, media fulfillment, and finance teams to optimize processes and drive business growth. A bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in data analysis tools are required. The salary for this position ranges from $90,000-$110,000 with a 3% annual bonus.

Google Analytics

3-5 years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis

Visualization experience (PowerBi preferred, but open to Tableau and other tools)

Strong SQL coding

Experience presenting reports / findings to senior leadership and telling a story with the data

Experience extracting data from various systems (Salesforce, Google Analytics, internal, etc.) and making it presentable / digestible

Past experience supporting sales teams to gather requirements and track / measure KPIs

Cloud exposure (GCP environment, but open to any cloud)
