About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Hours per Shift : 12.5

Experience : 24 months minimum of current Labor and Delivery experience required

License : Active Arizona RN License

Certifications : ACLS (AHA)

AFM

NRP

BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.

All candidates submitted must have no license hits.

Flu vaccination status must be included in submission notes.

Description :

Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.

All requests for time off must be listed and cannot exceed 7 days.

No time off will be approved in the first week of assignment or during holidays.

All facilities the candidate is open to working in should be listed.

Flexibility for shifts is required; all shifts the candidate is open to must be included in the submission.

Candidates should have a skills checklist specific to the discipline, which must be less than a year old.

Certifications must be active at the time of submission and included with the application.

Compliance with specific background requirements is mandatory.

Travel experience is preferred but not required.
