What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Sell directly and engage closely with alliance and channel partners to develop and expand opportunities in aligned accountsBuild deep relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers within aligned accountsManage complex sales campaigns from introduction to closure for automation solutions in large enterprisesCollaborate with senior relationship holders in key alliance partners on joint selling campaignsSelf‑generate new pipeline and close new business from end‑user clientsWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
10‑15 years of experience selling into enterprise / multi‑buyer, matrixed accounts with a proven track record of successAbility to manage complex transformational deals and sell at a senior levelStrong background in new business sales and consultative sales environmentsExcellent relationship‑building skills with influencers in target accounts and internal resourcesProven ability to carry a quota with strong organizational skills and a focus on resultsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience in selling automation solutions to large enterprises, BPOs, and Shared Services operationsInquisitive and tenacious attitude with the ability to identify new opportunitiesComfortable developing long‑term relationships at both executive and operational levelsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
