This person will work cooperatively with the sales and marketing team to :

Job duties :

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer service and hand-off inquiries as needed.
• Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
• Document customer interaction including any required follow up / action items in our CRM software.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
• Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability, recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications
• Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.
• Manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other team members.
• Prepare basic takeoffs based on plan review and specifications; develop system sizing, layout and accurate bill of materials.
• Work with Manufacturers Representatives’, wholesales distributors and installers to quote, follow-up and close business.
• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
• Identify and communicate customer’s needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.
