Job Overview :
RE / MAX Rental Resources is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Showing Specialist & Inbound Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the leasing process by scheduling and conducting property showings, communicating rental qualifications to prospective tenants, and providing excellent customer service. You will also support administrative functions at the front desk and ensure smooth coordination across the leasing team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule & Conduct Showings : Coordinate and show rental units to prospective tenants, clearly communicating rental qualifications and answering questions.
- Client Communication : Contact prospective and current tenants via phone, text, and email to schedule, confirm, and maximize showing appointments.
- Property Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available units to provide accurate information to prospective tenants.
- Feedback & Notes : Record notes after showings and share feedback with management to improve tenant experience and property presentation.
- Emergency Issues : Identify and report emergency concerns with rental units to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Service Tracking & Compliance : Use digital tools for scheduling, tracking, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.
- Administrative Support : Assist with front desk tasks including creating work orders, generating rent receipts, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Flexibility : Be available to work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall team operations.
Minimum Qualifications :
Driver’s License : Valid driver’s license and a corporate-insurable driving record.Experience : Prior customer service or sales experience preferred. Property management experience a plus.Skills :Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook) and other digital scheduling / communication tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.Physical & Work Requirements :
Ability to enter and exit a vehicle multiple times per day and walk extended distances, including climbing stairs.Ability to sit for extended periods (2+ hours) during office tasks.Repetitive activities such as typing, dialing phones, and handling paperwork.Additional Qualities :
