Acts as a liaison between customers and Bank’s service departments to support sales implementation and service issues. Manages customer relationships to ensure all needs are addressed.

Impacts market share and success in the market. Maintains all aspects of the largest / most profitable customer relationships / portfolios;

You will build relationships and get to know your coworkers in operations and technology and sales, working across multiple lines of business.

Our teams work with product managers, analysts, operations, sales, vendors, and the product support team.How You'll Spend Your TimeYou will develop new business and cross-sell to sophisticated clients needing additional cash management / deposit products and increase customer awareness of alternative products offered by the bank.

You will develop and execute sales presentations for customers including cost / benefit analysis, service and fee comparisons, written proposals, and profitability analysis.

You will own end-to-end client experience from deal development to onboarding and client service handoff, along with coordinating service support.

You will prepare and recommend market, product, and pricing strategies to achieve market share and profitability goals.You will assist team members with complex account relationships, and guide less-experienced members of the team in matters relating to policy, practices, procedures and complex treasury management arrangements and systems.

Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree and 8-10 years’ experience in treasury management sales / consulting or 14-16 years’ equivalent experience.

Extensive and in-depth knowledge of product delivery systems and on-line computer systemsComprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of banking and cash management productsExtensive knowledge of Bank operationsExcellent PC and software application skillsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsSpecialized cash management training;

Certified Cash Management (CCM) / Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)Demonstrated capacity to sell products / services within the financial services industryComprehensive knowledge of cash management analysis including cost / benefit analyses, collection and disbursement float analyses.
