Business Development Representative

Blueprint Staffing is a Dallas-based staffing firm specializing in construction and light industrial placements. We’re a smaller, tight-knit team with a big vision — and we’re growing fast. Joining us means having a voice, taking ownership, and helping shape how we expand across the DFW market.

In this role, you’ll be the face of Blueprint Staffing out in the field every day. You’ll routinely visit jobsites across DFW — introducing our company, getting to know the crews and project managers, and building genuine relationships over time. The goal is to earn their trust so that when they need reliable staffing support, you’re the first person they call.

You’ll also play a key role in communication between our clients and recruiting team. By understanding each client’s needs and pain points — whether it’s short-term labor, skilled trades, or final cleaning crews — you’ll help us recruit the right people for the job. This position is all about consistency, professionalism, and follow-through — turning jobsite connections into long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in staffing, construction, customer service, or sales
• Must be out in the field 5 days a week, visiting a minimum of 25 jobsites per day
• Submit daily activity logs to management for accountability and planning
• Strong communication skills; able to clearly relay client needs and feedback
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling locally around DFW
• Eager to learn and grow into a long-term business development career
