About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to support a large, state-of-the-art contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) located in Holly Springs, NC. This facility is one of the largest end-to-end biopharmaceutical manufacturing sites in North America, specializing in large-scale cell culture production and advanced biologics manufacturing.
This is a contract position requiring daily onsite presence , working in close partnership with the customers hiring and people managers. The Operations Manager will lead and manage Insight Global consultants / contractors only, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, team engagement, and process improvement. This role serves as a critical liaison between the CDMO customer , Insight Global , and Evergreen , acting as the central point of coordination to ensure alignment, communication, and collaboration across all stakeholders.

These roles support critical functions within Process Maintenance, Utility Operations, and Instrumentation departments at the CDMO site.
Qualifications
510 years in an operational management role, required experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Background in supporting technical operations such as maintenance, site utilities, HVAC, or instrumentation.
Strong understanding of industrial or facility operations and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Proven ability to manage diverse skillsets and roles in a fast-paced environment.
Experience creating and implementing SOPs, policies, and process improvements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to develop reporting dashboards.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Ability to work onsite daily and maintain alignment with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with KPIs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
